This is a modified version of NazoX9 "Buyable Houses" mod (link to original: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/44927) to work with RandomPals Beautiful Cities of Morrowind. The mod allows you to acquire a house in Balmora, Sadrith Mora and Ald-Ruhn.

Changes made from original:

- repositioned the buyable houses and - where necessary - their surroundings to fit BCoM's layout (this unfortunately means that there a very slight landscape edits as well as pathgrid edits)
- slightly modified the exteriors of all the houses and redecorated some things around the premises (hopefully somewhat tastefully)
- fixed the ownership of the interior decorations/clutter (in the original mod everything inside the house was marked as "owned" even when you bought the house)
- changed the exterior door model for the Balmora house to fit in with the rest of BCoMs Balmora doors.
- made an alternative version with no clutter. Normally the houses come fully decorated with books, clutter, food etc. For those that completely want to decorate their houses themselves this version removes all those things safe for some misc. lamps and very minor stuff.
- cleaned everything to my best of my abilities with testool and tes3cmd

Unfixed Problems:

I haven't fixed the original scripts. Despite being playable the original scripts for buying houses in this mod have a few problems and hiccups. Problems i noticed:

- The "quest" to acquire the house is not cleared from the journal and stays there forever even after you successfully bought the house and and acquired the key.
- You keep getting keys to the houses from the respective NPC even after you got one already. Clicking the dialogue option "House" keeps adding keys to your inventory so you can end up with multiple ones.
- The mod lets you wait for three in-game days after you paid for the house in order to make the necessary interior renovations for the house. The script that is used for this sometimes breaks and even if you waited for three days, it doesn't trigger the "ok we're done, here is your key" response. Just waiting in the cell right after you paid usually works fine. But in the past when i played with the mod in a regular way (going on adventures elsewhere for three days, saving and quitting the game during that time etc.) i noticed that the timer sometimes gets reset or breaks.

Since i only barely know how to use the Construction Set and have not the slightest clue when it comes to coding/scripting these problems remain unsolved.
If someone else wants to have a go at it and look over the scripts to see what is fixable or improvable feel free to do so.

Usage:

Load EITHER "NX9_Houses_BCOM.esp" OR "NX9_Houses_BCOM _no_clutter.esp" (depending on whether you want fully decorated houses or not) after Beautiful cities of Morrowind.ESP

"NX9_Houses_BCOM_pathgrid_reset.esp" is used as patch for BCoM's "BCOM_pathgrid_reset.esp" to apply necessary pathgrid changes. Needs to be loaded in addition to and after "BCOM_pathgrid_reset.esp".

Full credit goes to NX9 for their original "Buyable Houses" mod.
